The very next day, our floors were measured and we set a date for installation. The installers were right on time, took the amount of time that they estimated, and took care to make sure everything was cleaned up at the end. Excellent company The initial carpet I choose was explained to me that with my dogs this would not be suitable as it was looped. I choose another and was scheduled for installation. Thomas Carpets was able to squeeze me in sooner than they had first thought. I am very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
