I had spent time looking at flooring online and was overwhelmed with the options available. Our builder recommended we visit the Thomas Carpet One Floor & Home showroom. We walked into Thomas Carpet One and were greeted by Marissa, ready to help! Based on our descriptions of our spaces and how they would be used, Marissa helped guide us to two LVP flooring options which we took back to our home for the final decision. When it came to carpet, Marissa again helped narrow down the many options to just a few. Ordering and installation went smooth. We could not be happier with the results.

Friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, I can't say enough. They came out to measure the next day and in two days my new carpet was installed. We have since used them for a kitchen floor and will be back as we tackle the rest of the rooms.

From the first time I entered their building, I was greeted and shown just what I wanted. Installation was flawless and pristine. No clean up for me after they were finished. Everyone loves my carpet and I have sent several friends to your store to pick out their new carpets.

It took two weeks for the carpet to be… It took two weeks for the carpet to be shipped after I ordered it, but that inconvenience was compensated for by the carpet itself: it is beautiful, exactly as described, has a deep pile and a luxurious feel. I did not wish to transact business with PayPal and the company accepted my order over the phone. And they gave me a significant discount. Once the carpet was shipped it arrived at my home in two days. The carpet delights me every time I see it, so, five stars.
