A Good Company Our vinyl tiling was installed well and Thomas Carpet worked with us as our timing was extended due to our moving. Our installer Jim was wonderful to work with and did an excellent job. We are pleased thus far, but have not lived with the flooring long enough to really judge the product adequately. I would recommend Thomas Carpet unconditionally. They are very helpful and met all their commitments on a very timely basis. Very nice to work with.

The very next day, our floors were measured and we set a date for installation. The installers were right on time, took the amount of time that they estimated, and took care to make sure everything was cleaned up at the end. We love the feel of the carpet on our feet and the "look" !

It took two weeks for the carpet to be… It took two weeks for the carpet to be shipped after I ordered it, but that inconvenience was compensated for by the carpet itself: it is beautiful, exactly as described, has a deep pile and a luxurious feel. I did not wish to transact business with PayPal and the company accepted my order over the phone. And they gave me a significant discount. Once the carpet was shipped it arrived at my home in two days. The carpet delights me every time I see it, so, five stars.
