There is no headquarters in New York. customer service is non-existent and they do not honor returns. If you try to return it they will just add your reason to return it to their return policy and say it does not qualify to be returned. They don't honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee. The whole thing is a scam. You will get no help either. Don't waste your money!

I emailed asking for correct instructions. They sent me about a dozen "could be one of these" instruction videos, sprinkled with just about everything under the sun. Customer service the worst, I may as well throw this P.O.S. out and buy American
