This company is a fraud This company is a fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! The company phone number does not work. They are located in India, not the United States. There is no headquarters in New York. customer service is non-existent and they do not honor returns. If you try to return it they will just add your reason to return it to their return policy and say it does not qualify to be returned. They don't honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee. The whole thing is a scam. You will get no help either. Don't waste your money!

Got the 40000 mw laser and it did not… Got the 40000 mw laser and it did not perform as advertised at all! Customer support is non existent! Trying to return it now and can't get anyone to respond now. Do not waste your money on their products! I am probably out $1700 because of these crooks!

If I could give a 0 rating I would If I could give a ) rating I would. The customer service is horrible. I have contacted this company for return and refund and they keep giving me the run around. They want me to talk to their engineer to completely assemble this product. None of it is assembled when delivered. There are no instructions except for on line and the video of that is inept. They also said to contact then via Whats App and I told them no I want a real phone number and I wanted a refund and direction to send this piece of junk back. They have stopped emailing me back. I am not sure what to do now. Don't buy from this company they are horrible.
