AWMy experience has been horrible My experience has been horrible. I bought the 40W blue diode laser 60 x 60" version. I asked in the chat if it could cut clear acrylic, and was told it could. When I finally got the laser, to my surprise you can't cut clear materials with a blue diode. My fault for trusting the chat agent. Went on the chat again, my chat was cleared for some reason and was told to prove that they said that. Then they advised me to buy the "CNC Router Attachment". I said F-it I already have the laser here so why not. Spent $600 on it, received it and it look absolutely nothing like the picture on their website. It looks like an attachment with a large RC brushless motor on it. After 2-3 weeks of trying to cut acrylic with it without losing steps, and the Spindle's (if you would call it that) shaft BENT! I gave up and bought a real US made cnc machine for $3k which has been running perfectly for months now. Sadly I am still paying for this crap that's rotting in storage. But lesson learned! I'm never falling for a product like this ever again. Trust me, if you're looking to cut acrylic, RUN! maybe the laser works, never tested it, but I was misadvised by the company and lost money.

NGuniversalengraver.com... My first reason for giving them 10/10 is for their quick shipment and great customer support service. Secondly the product quality is great. Although the laser engraver I bought the assembly on it was a bit difficult but some videos and manuals helped put me through.

GBThe company is a scam The company is a scam. Don't answer the phone, don't honor the guarantee, can't return product that doesn't work. Don't do it!

GBThis company is a fraud This company is a fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! The company phone number does not work. They are located in India, not the United States. There is no headquarters in New York. customer service is non-existent and they do not honor returns. If you try to return it they will just add your reason to return it to their return policy and say it does not qualify to be returned. They don't honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee. The whole thing is a scam. You will get no help either. Don't waste your money!

GBI bought an engraver for $700 a couple⦠I bought an engraver for $700 a couple of years ago from them. The instruction for assembly didn't match the engraver they sent me. I emailed asking for correct instructions. They sent me about a dozen "could be one of these" instruction videos, sprinkled with just about everything under the sun. Customer service the worst, I may as well throw this P.O.S. out and buy American
