GBPoor repair/ still not working… After several e mails and very slow response( up to a week) the recovapro was collected for repair. However on return item is not working and I am getting no response from Recovapro. The telephone number supplied does not function.

GBA truly game changing product An excellent product that I felt immediate benefit from one minute into using the massage gun on my problem left shoulder. I now use it before and after training, even just for 5 mins and it really helps. I was also really impressed by the quality of packaging and the overall brand

GBPoor customer service I bought my RecovaPro Max Massage Gun in June/2022. It stopped working in February/2024. I can charge it but when I try to turn it on, it fails. From what I understand, it is still within the 2-year warranty period. I sent an email to the company on February 16th and had no response. Tried again with another email on March 11th and no response again. I called the contact number 01474 247760 for days and nobody answers. I never thought I would have such a hard time only to have a response from Recovapro. I was really happy with the product until it sttoped wroking. It's a shame.

GBTerrible customer service Product is good when it’s working when it’s broken you have no response from customer service So the warranty is worthless Don’t buy from them there are plenty better at similar price
