Recovapro massager I purchased my Recovapro massager from Westfields and there is no denying that it is a really great product. It developed a fault and as it was still within warranty, Recovapro replaced it. The process with customer service could have been be a little smoother as there is no telephone contact, however, they kept in touch regularly via email, were polite and professional all the way through and picked up my item via Royal Mail from my home address and promptly delivered a new massager within two weeks, so very pleased with the overall outcome and happy to be using my Recovapro massager once again.

Im still waiting for a technician to… Im still waiting for a technician to contact me regarding repairing my Recovapro Lite, which is still under guarantee. Contact with them it virtually impossible. I just want to be able to use it again. The magnetic charger is not available to buy online, so I can't even do that.. Contact has been made today and I'd hoping it will be either replaced or repaired..

Great Product, Poor customer service I purchased my Recovapro SE less than a year ago and unfortunately it developed a fault. I was able to send the item away for repair under warranty, but the communication with customer services wasn’t great. It was difficult to get in touch with someone via email and impossible over the phone. After 3 weeks, my item was returned and now works as expected. Overall, the product is fantastic, but the customer service is disappointing.

My daughter ordered a replacement… My daughter ordered a replacement charging kit for her Recovapro massage gun (left original abroad). Paid for next working day delivery. Order confirmed, DPD messaged to say they were waiting for the parcel. Since then ....nothing.....DPD not received parcel, no updates, no parcel, no response to emails, telephone number doesn't work. Very disappointing. Terrible customer service and I'm angry that a young teenager appears to have been ripped off. Edit to Add: A few hours after writing this my daughter was emailed to hopefully resolve this situation. I will edit my review again upon successful resolution of this situation. I am grateful for the contact that has now been made. Thank you.

Great customer service! Updated review! My recover pro arrived today after I was wondering about my delivery arrival after it was a few days late. Got in touch with recovapro and they told me they are having a problem with deliveries going missing! All sorted now guys thank you you recovapro I can’t wait to try it later!
