He was able to troubleshoot the problem with my residential door lock quickly and made the repair in a timely/accurate manner. Explained my dilemma to John and he indicated his company could do the work on the same day. Hooray! Quoted me the price for an after-hours appointment and got me on the schedule for door repair this same evening. Arturo was the technician that arrived on time and proceeded to repair a badly damaged metal door. Arturo was professional and courteous, and, most importantly, got our door secure for the night.
