USSame bad experience as others here I had same experience as another customer listed here. I canceled my subscription a year ago, within a month of purchasing it, (by phone, so there is no record, of course) and then was hit with an annual renewal today. And then told it could take up to 6 months before it was "reviewed" and a credit was issued to me -- and my account was FINALLY canceled. Terrible customer service. Sorry I ever did business with them.

GBI received brilliant customer service… I received brilliant customer service from Kara E, May and Bella. I was caught out with the automated renewal and was offered a full refund, lifetime membership with a 50% refund which I took up. The whole team were responsive and more than fair, a refreshing change. I like the app but would like more vegan options,

AUI had cancelled my subscription back in… I had cancelled my subscription back in November last year (2023) Had a withdrawal made this April 2024. Had to hunt back thru my bank statements to ensure no other withdrawals had been made. I went back into the Reverse Health App to see what had happened. It came up with that my subscription was still active. This is incorrect. I have cancelled my subscription again. I will be contacting my bank regarding this payment. I do not trust this site at all. More fool am I.

AUThe program and recipes are great and I… The program and recipes are great and I lost weight the first week which motivated me. However week 2 I did more exercise and enjoyed the food and lost no weight so became disappointed and weakened to chocolate. Will pull myself together and get back on track but it’s so frustrating!!
