GBI am a physician trained in nutrition I am a physician trained in nutrition, and I would not use this service again I am so unhappy with the quality of the report. Just a list of species without telling anything about frequency or amount of each, breaking down general families of microbes, etc. Also, scores seem very suspect and not clinically relevant. BIG assumptions made with the scores that don't align with physiology.

GBI have had an almitey good experience… I have had an almitey good experience with Viom. Traking orders as easy and mone free. Site was easy to mnavigate, the detailss were clearly there and good infrmmation regaring customer satisfaction too. Prices where generally fair and compitive too. Nothing to moan about, alredy planning next order before I even got the stuf delivered! Definitely had an good experience and would recommend it to friends and family.

GBWe ordered Viome testing and are now… We ordered Viome testing and are now ready to order our supplements. They recommend ordering 3 months supply and there are 2 of us ordering at the same time. They will NOT, after a 45 minute phone call, allow us to ship our supplements together. In fact, they want us to ship our supplements separately, and for each month. They do NOT care about the planet! They want us to ship our monthly orders separately, and each month. Not only is this bad for the planet, we have to pay $25 per order each month, instead of all 3 months for both of us in 1 order. So inefficient and careless! Catherine Brownlee

GBI love the app and how simple it makes… I love the app and how simple it makes ordering and how easy it is to read results. I also love all of the extra educational features. Delivery could be a little faster but I understand it takes time to make specialized formulas so still 5 stars from me!

GBNew algorithm with completely different results Did the viome test a year ago and was relatively pleased because it gave me some information I thought was rather useful. I had been having horrible intentional issues for years and the test showed I had bile salts coming out in my stool and with that information I slowly tried altering the fat levels in my diet and it seems to help a lot. Fast forward to this year I do a new test and they COMPLETELY changed their algorithm. And along with the new test with completely new results, they updated my old test which showed no problem with bile salts, but now I suddenly have a problem with protein fermentation, (protein definitely does not cause me issues)?? The first test showed several other "problem" areas which were suddenly erased with the new algorithm. Don't believe a damn word of it.
