AUTERRIBLE customer experience - NOT WORTH IT TERRIBLE customer experience - 3 months and still waiting. I have emailed the customer experience team eery 2 days to find out when the results will be provided, only to be told that they're "in progress". This doesn't flow through to my account so I keep receiving emails asking me to send in my samples. I had to ship from AU costing me $40 each time - the first sample was rejected, without any rationale. I had to reach out and find out more ...it then took another week to get another sample kit, then I had to send in another sample set. Then they just "CAncelled" the kit, for no reason and then told me I had to send in another sample which I absolutely refused and told them to fix their systems. This took another week. It's been months. I'm so disappointed that I chose this company. I would not ever ever recommend.

CACool but also not cool. I think its pretty cool how I got recommendations for foods I should eat and foods I should avoid and how my gut is doing, what was strange is that when you click on the supplement tab, it had no option to purchase, which confused me for days. Then I looked deeper into the web site which said they don’t ship outside USA which is pretty disappointing and is sort of false advertising for Canadians or any other county. They should at least tell you before or say it on the app. Also the app is kind of bugish. You gotta click or press on things a few times to get it to work.

GBI love the app and how simple it makes… I love the app and how simple it makes ordering and how easy it is to read results. I also love all of the extra educational features. Delivery could be a little faster but I understand it takes time to make specialized formulas so still 5 stars from me!

GBMy experience with Viome.com has been… My experience with Viome.com has been almst good. I ordered somthing one time, and it arrived on time. It was packaged nice and securely. The customer service was good too. I had a few questions and they answered everything I needed to kno. Overall, I had a staisfactory experience with Viome.com. I'd recomment them to otheres who are lookign for a decent online site to purchase from. But it's by no means perfect. They need to imporve in a few areas and make sure their shipments arrive on time evertyime.

GBWe ordered Viome testing and are now… We ordered Viome testing and are now ready to order our supplements. They recommend ordering 3 months supply and there are 2 of us ordering at the same time. They will NOT, after a 45 minute phone call, allow us to ship our supplements together. In fact, they want us to ship our supplements separately, and for each month. They do NOT care about the planet! They want us to ship our monthly orders separately, and each month. Not only is this bad for the planet, we have to pay $25 per order each month, instead of all 3 months for both of us in 1 order. So inefficient and careless! Catherine Brownlee
