The product is great I have ordered… The product is great I have ordered twice from them, sometimes delivery might be slow but it is a popular product. I would rather wait a little longer for a product that works than one that doesn’t. My advice would be to order before you run out and be patient it is worth it.

It took over 2 months to receive the… It took over 2 months to receive the products. I understand there was a back log, shipping issues etc. Once I reached out to your company to say I hadn't received the supplements you responded quickly and did give me an opportunity to cancel. I did not cancel. I am hopeful when I looked at other reviews before purchasing that I will have success with healthy hair and new growth!

Never received my 4 bottles Do not purchase their product. I ordered 4 bottle over a month ago and never received them. They immediately took out $100 out of my bank account but they can not respond to any of the 10 emails I sent them. Conveniently, they don't have a phone number to contact them. Unprofessional company. I just want my money back at this point. There are so many other company's that have great customer service.

Great product, great service. An order I placed online was not discounted as promised at checkout. After contacting Vital Nutritve, I was reimbursed for the discount. I am using their Vital Hair Complex, and am definitely seeing results in my hair growth, including eyebrows!

dmbonarrigo The vitamins are great but the customer service is not. I reordered 3 bottles of vitamins Jan 3rd and they still have not been shipped. The money already left my account on Jan 4th. I have emailed and messaged them through the website at least 4 times, but they still haven’t answered me. Their chat answer says “Back Wednesday”… on Wednesday it says “ Back Thursday”… They have my money but won’t answer me. Next step is the BBB.
