GBWHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE??? Customer service there is NONE. I made one order then went back online to check my order and they sent a second one. No place in cart, no go to check out, no place order. I emailed to cancel but they still delivered 2 orders which I paid for with UPS and 2 weeks not one response. What a terrible way to do business. Let's go after them. 412 8740506

GBBuyer Beware!! Ordered 6 month subscription January 28, 2024. As of today order still not "fulfilled" and I just keep getting thanks for sending your email we will respond in 24 hours and their chat box leaves little to be desired as they are away until the next day. I cancelled my subscription through my account on their website, however, I am trying to get the full $119 refund of the product I never received. I have bombarded their chat box and also contacted them on their website and my gmail as well. Not holding my breath that they will get back to me or refund my money. Again, buyer beware!!

GBBetter than Nutrafol. I switched to Vital Nurtritive after using Nutrafol for 6 months. It was less expensive and , I felt, I was paying for Nutrafol’s extensive advertising. Nutrafol worked to a certain degree, but after taking Vital Nutritive for 3 months my hair was shining and bushy without my usual frizz. I am thrilled! Needless to say I didn’t expect this better outcome, but this product worked for me.

GBIt took a month and a half to receive… It took a month and a half to receive my products. With in this time I didn’t know if I would receive anything, thought I lost my $150 to a scam. There was a serious lack of communication. I was unable to talk with someone by phone or even email. I had emailed numerous times, only to receive generic emails every time stating someone would reach out to me in 24 hours, no one ever did. This is an extremely poor way of doing business. Even if I love the product I would never reorder because of my experience.

GBWorst Company Ever Save your $$$ The only reason I put 1 for a rating is there was no place to put a triple 0. This company is the "absolute worse"I beg you Do Not place an order with them. As of today I placed my order Jan 25, 2024 .Nothing has been recieved by March 25th it will be 2 months. They send you automated email response to your email sent. There is No number to call, what they are doing by taking people money to pay they're bills is absurd. I am definitely looking into federal institutions to get a resolution to this fraud. After reading other reviews they're not sending out amounts ordered and bottles are short quantity. It's obvious there business practices have no bother to them. But it does bother me. Therefore they need be ready for the wrath. I want my refund of $134.00 and the product as good will courtesy and good business practices for their lack of failed ethics and business standards. Immediately .......
