Poor customer service, no responses for a month I ordered over a month ago and with exception to one email telling me they were out of the product, they have not replied to a single email sent to customer support. Ha ent provided an update on my order and ha ebt shipped it. No refund of money they took immediately out of our account and the refund policy is crap. No phone number provided to even attempt a call to a live person. 😠

No one answers any emails No one answers any emails. I tried to cancel my order and no one responded. They sent it anyway. They claim there’s a 60 day return policy but once again no responds to the return request. There is no phone number to call either. It’s all email that they don’t answer. I am extremely frustrated with this company.

Zero stars if possible Zero stars if possible. I ordered 3 bottles on January 15, 2924. My credit card was charged but have not received my order. My account shows paid but unfulfilled. I’ve contacted them three times via email with no response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU DONT MIND GIVING MONEY AWAY FOR NOTHING.

Great product, great service. An order I placed online was not discounted as promised at checkout. After contacting Vital Nutritve, I was reimbursed for the discount. I am using their Vital Hair Complex, and am definitely seeing results in my hair growth, including eyebrows!
