GBI did not get a response to my last… I did not get a response to my last communication to you. It appears that I have two AutoShip accounts. I only need one. I love the product and have already gotten some pretty impressive results I think I'm only on my third bottle. Maybe fourth I have lost track at this point. Want to stay on the product but just need one auto ship account.

GBBEWARE! My experience is the same as dmbonarrigo. I ordered 3 bottles of their vitamins almost a month ago and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM. I have emailed and sent a complaint through their website 4 times as well with absolutely NO ANSWER. I will be contacting the BBB now.

GBdmbonarrigo The vitamins are great but the customer service is not. I reordered 3 bottles of vitamins Jan 3rd and they still have not been shipped. The money already left my account on Jan 4th. I have emailed and messaged them through the website at least 4 times, but they still haven’t answered me. Their chat answer says “Back Wednesday”… on Wednesday it says “ Back Thursday”… They have my money but won’t answer me. Next step is the BBB.

GBIt took a month and a half to receive… It took a month and a half to receive my products. With in this time I didn’t know if I would receive anything, thought I lost my $150 to a scam. There was a serious lack of communication. I was unable to talk with someone by phone or even email. I had emailed numerous times, only to receive generic emails every time stating someone would reach out to me in 24 hours, no one ever did. This is an extremely poor way of doing business. Even if I love the product I would never reorder because of my experience.

GBNever received my 4 bottles Do not purchase their product. I ordered 4 bottle over a month ago and never received them. They immediately took out $100 out of my bank account but they can not respond to any of the 10 emails I sent them. Conveniently, they don't have a phone number to contact them. Unprofessional company. I just want my money back at this point. There are so many other company's that have great customer service.
