Do not believe their guarantee Do not believe their guarantee - its a fiction. They completed work on a property I am buying 17 years ago. It has failed (as determined by their own surveyor, that I had to pay for the privalage of inspecting the obviously damp walls), but they refuse to honour the 20 year guarantee because they cant find the original paperwork. I have a copy of the guarantee, but without their copy, they refuse to honour it.

A job well done I needed a new damp proof course, 2 new air bricks, woodworm treatment & a drain cleaned & repaired. The workmen were efficient, neat & tidy, left no mess. A great experience. I would recommend this company. I had the original survey on the propery way back in July. The company were happy to make a booking for an unspecified date, alowed me to have the discount & refunded the cost of the survey. Great value for money.

A very professional company My wife and I really were not looking forward to having the damp proofing works carried out at our new house because it included removing a lot of plaster and breaking up parts of the concrete floors. Fortunately we chose Tapco HomeDry who were very professional from start to finish. The technicians were very exoerienced, thorough and clean and Emma and Ella in the office were always very helpful. Great work! We used Tapco for both a survey on a property y we were intending to purchase and then later to complete works for us when the purchase was completed. We were really pleased with the end result. The people at Tapco couldn't have been more helpful and took numerous phone calls etc from us and came to meet us a few times in order to give advice on the works to be completed. Matt who carried out the work did a fantastic job, was really professional and tidied up following completion. I'd thoroughly recommend.

Great experience from Garry the… Great experience from Garry the surveyor who came out to do the initial survey and gave us plenty of advise on how to take care of the property. He also came back a second time at our request because we thought there was further damp in the house but there wasn't! Garry still showed up and gave us some fantastic tips to identify and also future proof the house from damp!
