Very happy with the work done After having an issue with damp in a bathroom, Tapco came out and did an initial survey, offered great advice and solutions to fix the problems with cost and customer care in mind. I was kept up to date from the team with what was happening, the work was completed quickly and the team were very polite and tidy with minimal disruption where possible. The team also gave some great advice on how to prevent future issues, if any come up though I know where I'll be going!

A special mention for John from TAPCO… A special mention for John from TAPCO who visited my property on 19th November 2018 to damp proof the wall below my front windows. John arrived early each day and left the premises in an immaculate condition. He explained the stages of work to be carried out at the start of the day and finished on time. John should be commended for his high standard of workmanship. His attention to detail was excellent and his commitment to professionalism can only be admired.

Wayne did an incredible job at treating the damp in my lower ground floor flat. He was timely, professional and courteous throughout and couldn’t have taken more care. Great work! We used Tapco for both a survey on a property y we were intending to purchase and then later to complete works for us when the purchase was completed. We were really pleased with the end result. The people at Tapco couldn't have been more helpful and took numerous phone calls etc from us and came to meet us a few times in order to give advice on the works to be completed. Matt who carried out the work did a fantastic job, was really professional and tidied up following completion. I'd thoroughly recommend.

Do not believe their guarantee Do not believe their guarantee - its a fiction. They completed work on a property I am buying 17 years ago. It has failed (as determined by their own surveyor, that I had to pay for the privalage of inspecting the obviously damp walls), but they refuse to honour the 20 year guarantee because they cant find the original paperwork. I have a copy of the guarantee, but without their copy, they refuse to honour it.
