Success in the program depends heavily on diet. I most definitely have a slow metabolism and I have a heavy appetite so watching what i eat is important.

Half Way There I needed the structure of a customized meal plan to make my food choices easier, especially the shopping lists. I appreciate the weekly check ins with my trainer Marcus that keep me in check along with answering all of my questions. The exercise plan (in-home) fat loss extreme is perfect for my current work life balance and I do see and feel results after 1.5 months.

Feel the same as most…disappointed . Feel the same as most….. overwhelming info, constant upselling and bland recipes/ food choices…. Busy people cannot cope with the constant info and sheer volume. I HAVE EMAILED THREE TIMES ASKING FOR A REFUND - NO RESPONSE. Treating customers in this way results in using these review platforms as we now feel mistreated

This is a big sales ploy This is a big sales ploy. Vince's "short" videos are not short. Vince could say in 10 minutes that takes at least 45 minutes. Each just a sales pitch. He repeats himself a minimum of 10 times during the presntation. These presentations happen almost daily. I don't have that kind of time to be watching a 45 minute videw daily. Also, I signed up for a "free" metabolism assessment. An appointment was made to discuss it. I never received the call. But continue to get emails saying my "free" assessment still awaits. I feel Vshred doesn't really care about my health or progress, but just wants to sell more products.
