GBFeel the same as most…disappointed . Feel the same as most….. overwhelming info, constant upselling and bland recipes/ food choices…. Busy people cannot cope with the constant info and sheer volume. I HAVE EMAILED THREE TIMES ASKING FOR A REFUND - NO RESPONSE. Treating customers in this way results in using these review platforms as we now feel mistreated

GBAt first the trainer I had was not… At first the trainer I had was not around but after getting a new trainer it worked well for me. The new trainer was very responsive to my questions. Success in the program depends heavily on diet. I most definitely have a slow metabolism and I have a heavy appetite so watching what i eat is important.

SEWhat a rip-off What a rip-off! They do a great pitch and lure you in with fancy talk about your metabolic type and so on. Bought the 2k personalised coach program and i got a coach who i talked to 1 time in 3 months, and a meal plan with chicken broccoli and white toast - he didn't ask any question about my eating habits so how could he possibly recommend food for le? didn't follow up once during the 3 months, only thing I ever got was some template messages they send out - such a waste of money and time

GBYou market to older women You market to older women, Vince mentions his mom, and the work outs are geared for people who are already fit. You also promised money back returns but then your policy is only 2 returns a year. Your marketing is too aggressive.

GBEffective and Annoying The concept and content are solid. Might have given 5 stars if it weren't for the annoying hostage videos. Too many, too repetitive, and no way to control the play functions like fwd, rewind, etc. you never know how long each video is, so hence the hostage verbage. That said, I think the program is very useful if you don't mind the heavy handed marketing style.
