Effective and Annoying The concept and content are solid. Might have given 5 stars if it weren't for the annoying hostage videos. Too many, too repetitive, and no way to control the play functions like fwd, rewind, etc. you never know how long each video is, so hence the hostage verbage. That said, I think the program is very useful if you don't mind the heavy handed marketing style.

Lots of gluten despite being gluten-free. Chicken at basically every lunch/dinner. No processed food, but had Quest bars (with seed oils!) and protein bars. Asked a couple times for revisions. Changed coaches and she did nothing except send automated cheerleading emails. A waste of money and time.

Sculpt Nation product purchase So far the purchase experience went without a hitch. Communication from V Shred has been adequate without being obnoxious . Cannot yet comment on the product but judging on the professionalism so far I don’t foresee any issues.
