I HAVE EMAILED THREE TIMES ASKING FOR A REFUND - NO RESPONSE. Treating customers in this way results in using these review platforms as we now feel mistreated

The constant hard sell and conflicting advice! The constant hard sell to buy more stuff, the bragging and selling in every single video, the fact that I gained 6 lbs. The constant conflicting advice such as don't eat bananas but they were in the meal plan (and many more items) the silly advice from Dr Gundry that was basically don't eat anything, it is all bad for you but if you buy my suppliments it will make it ok. I bought all the suppliments from VShred and the "Greens" which is so nasty to drink, it's crazy! Not my idea of a way to lose weight.
