He repeats himself a minimum of 10 times during the presntation. These presentations happen almost daily. I don't have that kind of time to be watching a 45 minute videw daily. Also, I signed up for a "free" metabolism assessment. An appointment was made to discuss it. I never received the call. But continue to get emails saying my "free" assessment still awaits. I feel Vshred doesn't really care about my health or progress, but just wants to sell more products.
