GBThe constant hard sell and conflicting advice! The constant hard sell to buy more stuff, the bragging and selling in every single video, the fact that I gained 6 lbs. The constant conflicting advice such as don't eat bananas but they were in the meal plan (and many more items) the silly advice from Dr Gundry that was basically don't eat anything, it is all bad for you but if you buy my suppliments it will make it ok. I bought all the suppliments from VShred and the "Greens" which is so nasty to drink, it's crazy! Not my idea of a way to lose weight.

GBThis is a big sales ploy This is a big sales ploy. Vince's "short" videos are not short. Vince could say in 10 minutes that takes at least 45 minutes. Each just a sales pitch. He repeats himself a minimum of 10 times during the presntation. These presentations happen almost daily. I don't have that kind of time to be watching a 45 minute videw daily. Also, I signed up for a "free" metabolism assessment. An appointment was made to discuss it. I never received the call. But continue to get emails saying my "free" assessment still awaits. I feel Vshred doesn't really care about my health or progress, but just wants to sell more products.

GBI really appreciated having the…Personal coach I really appreciated having the personal coach to help me along the way. Emma R was always prompt in responding to my questions and gave me positive feedback to help me along the way. The meal plans were very realistic to stick to, as well!

GBEffective and Annoying The concept and content are solid. Might have given 5 stars if it weren't for the annoying hostage videos. Too many, too repetitive, and no way to control the play functions like fwd, rewind, etc. you never know how long each video is, so hence the hostage verbage. That said, I think the program is very useful if you don't mind the heavy handed marketing style.

GBCustom meal plan was thrown together… Custom meal plan was thrown together and didn't makes sense. Having a peach with breakfast and again for lunch when peaches aren't in season. Lots of gluten despite being gluten-free. Chicken at basically every lunch/dinner. No processed food, but had Quest bars (with seed oils!) and protein bars. Asked a couple times for revisions. Changed coaches and she did nothing except send automated cheerleading emails. A waste of money and time.
