GBI was about to pull the trigger and… I was about to pull the trigger and order this program for my teenage son and I to do together. But I've decided against it. I'm good w the hype and marketing and exaggerated results, that's just the world we live in. But hearing that it's a constant barrage of emails, videos and up charges, I'll stick w my current regimen and keep my money, especially after seeing review from one of their insiders. Kudos to those folks benefitting but I don't have time or patience for all that comes with the program.

GBCustom meal plan was thrown together… Custom meal plan was thrown together and didn't makes sense. Having a peach with breakfast and again for lunch when peaches aren't in season. Lots of gluten despite being gluten-free. Chicken at basically every lunch/dinner. No processed food, but had Quest bars (with seed oils!) and protein bars. Asked a couple times for revisions. Changed coaches and she did nothing except send automated cheerleading emails. A waste of money and time.

GBOverwhelmed but encouraged I like all the different content and videos you send out but when you’re starting brand new and your trying to find your way.The emails and the videos are very overwhelming . I know that there is probably several helpful things that are sent to you, and also with the amount of information that you receive, things fall through the cracks. I love the program and the supplements and the meal plan and all of Vince’s videos but maybe space all of the things out some, so it’s not so overwhelming and you can absorb as much as you can do to make it helpful for you.

GBHalf Way There I needed the structure of a customized meal plan to make my food choices easier, especially the shopping lists. I appreciate the weekly check ins with my trainer Marcus that keep me in check along with answering all of my questions. The exercise plan (in-home) fat loss extreme is perfect for my current work life balance and I do see and feel results after 1.5 months.

GBYou market to older women You market to older women, Vince mentions his mom, and the work outs are geared for people who are already fit. You also promised money back returns but then your policy is only 2 returns a year. Your marketing is too aggressive.
