SEWhat a rip-off What a rip-off! They do a great pitch and lure you in with fancy talk about your metabolic type and so on. Bought the 2k personalised coach program and i got a coach who i talked to 1 time in 3 months, and a meal plan with chicken broccoli and white toast - he didn't ask any question about my eating habits so how could he possibly recommend food for le? didn't follow up once during the 3 months, only thing I ever got was some template messages they send out - such a waste of money and time

GBVshred is Legit Vshred is Legit! I had signed up. And had to postpone my workouts due to some issues outside of my control. They had no problem sending my money back and if you know how most companies are now days this is huge! I will definitely be back. Thank you Vshred for not only backing up your product and warranty. But for having integrity to take care of your customers without wasting hours on the phone or any kind of hassle!

GBUndecided... At this point in time, I haven't noticed anything positive or negative about the supplements I tried. Not sure yet if I'll be reordering. I'll give it till the end of my 3 month supply before I decide. It hasn't been a month yet.

GBI haven’t received anything for my… I haven’t received anything for my money other than an offer of a private coach for more money. I guess I thought I was getting something else. The videos are very long-winded and I lose interest. I’m a very fast reader so reading is better for me.

GBEffective and Annoying The concept and content are solid. Might have given 5 stars if it weren't for the annoying hostage videos. Too many, too repetitive, and no way to control the play functions like fwd, rewind, etc. you never know how long each video is, so hence the hostage verbage. That said, I think the program is very useful if you don't mind the heavy handed marketing style.
