Vshred is Legit Vshred is Legit! I had signed up. And had to postpone my workouts due to some issues outside of my control. Undecided... At this point in time, I haven't noticed anything positive or negative about the supplements I tried. Not sure yet if I'll be reordering. I'll give it till the end of my 3 month supply before I decide. It hasn't been a month yet.

What a rip-off What a rip-off! They do a great pitch and lure you in with fancy talk about your metabolic type and so on. Bought the 2k personalised coach program and i got a coach who i talked to 1 time in 3 months, and a meal plan with chicken broccoli and white toast - he didn't ask any question about my eating habits so how could he possibly recommend food for le? didn't follow up once during the 3 months, only thing I ever got was some template messages they send out - such a waste of money and time
