Feel the same as most…disappointed . Feel the same as most….. overwhelming info, constant upselling and bland recipes/ food choices…. Busy people cannot cope with the constant info and sheer volume. I HAVE EMAILED THREE TIMES ASKING FOR A REFUND - NO RESPONSE. Treating customers in this way results in using these review platforms as we now feel mistreated

Effective and Annoying The concept and content are solid. Might have given 5 stars if it weren't for the annoying hostage videos. Too many, too repetitive, and no way to control the play functions like fwd, rewind, etc. you never know how long each video is, so hence the hostage verbage. That said, I think the program is very useful if you don't mind the heavy handed marketing style.

Vshred is Legit Vshred is Legit! I had signed up. And had to postpone my workouts due to some issues outside of my control. They had no problem sending my money back and if you know how most companies are now days this is huge! I will definitely be back. Thank you Vshred for not only backing up your product and warranty. Sculpt Nation product purchase So far the purchase experience went without a hitch. Communication from V Shred has been adequate without being obnoxious . Cannot yet comment on the product but judging on the professionalism so far I don’t foresee any issues.
