Lots of gluten despite being gluten-free. Chicken at basically every lunch/dinner. No processed food, but had Quest bars (with seed oils!) and protein bars. Asked a couple times for revisions. Changed coaches and she did nothing except send automated cheerleading emails. A waste of money and time.
