GBI highly recommend this company I highly recommend this company. They were professional from the beginning of the project to the very end. All of my calls were answered promptly and all of my questions were answered. Ronnie came out on a Sunday (it was his day off and he was at the grocery store) to help with my new HVAC/heat pump. He had an electrician come out the same afternoon. I had a small problem on how my stairs were recovered and painted. Ronnie made sure that the issue was corrected promptly. Both Ronnie and Kelsey came out several times to check on the progress of the projects. I would definitely use their services again.

GBPoor Communication I am a real estate agent based in Houston, Texas. Recently, a local representative from Bosscat reached out to discuss their services, which align with my needs for renovation and punchlist services that I offer to my clients. Despite multiple attempts to connect—including messages, phone calls, and emails—I have not received any response from the representative I was in contact with. This lack of communication has been a recurring issue, as evidenced by numerous negative reviews I’ve reviewed. Effective communication is crucial in my line of work, and the generic responses from the company do not seem to address the core issues. The sad thing is I really thought it would've been a good relationship, and I had about five new clients that I was working with who would've absolutely been open to working with this company on their make-ready solutions. If I were to offer a piece of advice to Bosscat, it would be to prioritize fixing their communication channels. Based on my experience and the feedback from others, improving this aspect of their service is essential.

DEScam artists Our realtor recommended bosscat and I regret getting involved with them. Ronnie gave us an estimate and we were told the work would be done 3-4 days after we signed the service agreement and paid our deposit. 3 work days layer, we heard from our realtor that the work was scheduled for Tuesday so we contacted Bosscat and they confirmed. Then, it was pushed to Wed and then we were told they'd call us on Thursday to let us know when they were coming. On Thursday, Ronnie said he was going to stop by on Friday to talk. Apparently, his estimate meant nothing. I always assume you would talk to your professionals prior to giving your customers a quote but this is not Bosscat's way of doing business. They have you sign a service agreement, take your deposit and then double the price. The worst part is that my husband has cancer and we're on a timeline to re-establish his care in the one week break between his chemo, which we told Ronnie. Ronnie clearly doesn't care. His apology doesn't make up for poor customer service. He's all about making money.

GBAsk for Charmaine! Original representative RAYMOND was no where to be found he was horrible with communication and i got nervous working with this company. But luckly when i reached out to customer care team i got CHARMAINE, and not only did she fix all his errors she got the ball rolling for me immediately Thank you to Charmaine for all your help! Her team was able to finish major repairs in my attic in 1 day.
