So I’m one of the vendors that they… So I’m one of the vendors that they hired to do work and they have no idea what they’re doing. They have no idea what they’re invoicing, for. They have no idea what they’re pricing things for. They don’t even have people on the field. This place is a dumpster fire, any vendor willing to work with them is going to end up working for free and fronting all the money up front. They are business plan is to offer the world to their clients and then hire a subcontractor and ask them to do incredible tasks for a ridiculous amount of money and then ask the contractor to cut corners to make it happen then when the customer gets upset, they will just throw you under the bus said you didn’t do what you were supposed to do and kick you out of the job site without pay Scam vendors stay away from working with this company .

I highly recommend this company I highly recommend this company. They were professional from the beginning of the project to the very end. All of my calls were answered promptly and all of my questions were answered. Ronnie came out on a Sunday (it was his day off and he was at the grocery store) to help with my new HVAC/heat pump. He had an electrician come out the same afternoon. I had a small problem on how my stairs were recovered and painted. Ronnie made sure that the issue was corrected promptly. Both Ronnie and Kelsey came out several times to check on the progress of the projects. I would definitely use their services again.

Ask for Charmaine! Original representative RAYMOND was no where to be found he was horrible with communication and i got nervous working with this company. But luckly when i reached out to customer care team i got CHARMAINE, and not only did she fix all his errors she got the ball rolling for me immediately Thank you to Charmaine for all your help! Her team was able to finish major repairs in my attic in 1 day.

Great service! PunchList’s services came bundled with a home inspection we had done by Pillar to Post. PunchList provided a list of needed repairs, as well as cost estimates for them, which was very helpful. Even better, the service will help us as we move forward with our new home, helping us keep track of regular maintenance tasks as well as more substantial repairs.

All around excellent First of all, the turn around time was excellent. We receieved our estimate back in less than 24 hours. We found the estimates to be accurate, and the description and breakdown of the repair costs we also accurate. There were a couple repairs that will likely be more than the estimate, but only due to a larger work area than estimated. It was extremely easy to use, just click a button and wait. Excellent service as well. We received the PunchList along with our home inspection with Pillar to Post. Overall a great experience!
