Bosscat for the Win I cannot say enough good things about the job Bosscat did in repairing all of the items that came up in our home inspection report. Whether it was plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, or general repairs, they were able to do it all. The subcontractor from Midsouth 615 did the majority of the work and they were amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and professional. It was great to have one company take care of all our needs instead of looking for different companies to do all the different jobs. Bosscat made the transition to a new home a lot less painful.

So I’m one of the vendors that they… So I’m one of the vendors that they hired to do work and they have no idea what they’re doing. They have no idea what they’re invoicing, for. They have no idea what they’re pricing things for. They don’t even have people on the field. This place is a dumpster fire, any vendor willing to work with them is going to end up working for free and fronting all the money up front. They are business plan is to offer the world to their clients and then hire a subcontractor and ask them to do incredible tasks for a ridiculous amount of money and then ask the contractor to cut corners to make it happen then when the customer gets upset, they will just throw you under the bus said you didn’t do what you were supposed to do and kick you out of the job site without pay Scam vendors stay away from working with this company .

Ask for Charmaine! Original representative RAYMOND was no where to be found he was horrible with communication and i got nervous working with this company. But luckly when i reached out to customer care team i got CHARMAINE, and not only did she fix all his errors she got the ball rolling for me immediately Thank you to Charmaine for all your help! Her team was able to finish major repairs in my attic in 1 day.

Charlie is a rockstar! Charlie is a rockstar! He’s knowledgeable, his follow up is impeccable and he’s really great to work with. You never have to ask for a status because Charlie is on it. I have really enjoyed working with Charlie and highly recommend!
