USI strongly advise avoiding this company… I strongly advise avoiding this company due to their abysmal customer service. They do not provide a phone number for contact, only email. I am extremely disappointed with their unprofessionalism. This is my second attempt at giving them a chance, but it has been a total failure. I suspect foul play as they attempted to charge my card twice.

USTerrible, fraudulent company It is impossible to get a response from anyone at this company. I suspect their weight loss drugs are not even legitimate. Their website shows a false TrustPilot rating and states that you can get your money back if you aren't satisfied with your results. That is absolutely false, because if you do want your money back (or any other assistance for that matter) the only way to get ahold of them is their customer service email address... which they will never respond to. I paid for three months up front and asked for a refund before my first month was even up. No response. Then in month four, they attempted to charge me for another three months even though their website said nothing about it being a continuing subscription, and I did not authorize them to save my credit card info or enroll me in a subscription service. This company is misleading, fraudulent, non-responsive, and dangerous. Do not give them your money.

USScared I Got Scammed Easy and quick to join, but my medication was delivered to Miami instead of Ohio. Contacted company repeatedly, but no reply or fix. Today I asked to cancel membership and get a refund. Received full refund 10/30/2023.

USCharged without authorization This company is a nightmare. After taking weeks to ever respond to me or send me my product, they have just charged me again for another 3 months of service which I did not authorize. I also never authorized them to save any payment information for me. I suspect it will take me months to get any kind of response again. Please don't use this company.

USShady operation Like others, paid for 3 months and after a period of no response after payment, eventually received 1 month supply then was fully ghosted. I have reached out 5 times to get my refill with absolutely no response. If I do not receive a response this week I will get the state and federal authorities involved with weightrx as well as the assigned medical provider and recommend you do the same if you do not receive the products and services you paid for. You are better off going to a local weight loss clinic in your area for semaglutide.
