GBFraudulent company I purchased a Groupon for a consultation - which I never received. I was also charged an additional amount of $197.00. After I paid the additional $197.00, I received another e-mail telling me I would be contacted shortly. Never heard anything again. I have written then via the Contact Us portion of their and still have not heard anything back. I will be contacting my credit card company to report the fraud and make sure this fraudulent company does not continue charging me. I also find it interesting on the Weight Rx webpage it states it has a 4.5 rating with Trust Pilot and the Trust Pilot website as Weight RX at 2.5 rating????

GBTerrible, fraudulent company It is impossible to get a response from anyone at this company. I suspect their weight loss drugs are not even legitimate. Their website shows a false TrustPilot rating and states that you can get your money back if you aren't satisfied with your results. That is absolutely false, because if you do want your money back (or any other assistance for that matter) the only way to get ahold of them is their customer service email address... which they will never respond to. I paid for three months up front and asked for a refund before my first month was even up. No response. Then in month four, they attempted to charge me for another three months even though their website said nothing about it being a continuing subscription, and I did not authorize them to save my credit card info or enroll me in a subscription service. This company is misleading, fraudulent, non-responsive, and dangerous. Do not give them your money.

GBI strongly advise avoiding this company… I strongly advise avoiding this company due to their abysmal customer service. They do not provide a phone number for contact, only email. I am extremely disappointed with their unprofessionalism. This is my second attempt at giving them a chance, but it has been a total failure. I suspect foul play as they attempted to charge my card twice.

GBStay away! It’s worth it to pay a little more and go with a different company. I would highly recommend going with a different company. As others have stated I received my first dose and then sent multiple emails before they gave me the survey and shipped my second dose. I am out of the medication and supposed to take my next dose on Sunday. I got a tracking notice this morning, and even after ALL the emails back and forth they still sent it to the wrong address.

GBDO NOT use this company! DO NOT use this company!! I paid up front for 3 months of medication. The first 2 months were fine but then I was completely ghosted. No meds or any contact for the 3rd month that I paid for. I've reached out to customer service 3 times with no response. The TrustPilot "rating" on their website says 4.8/5 but here on TrustPilot it's already 2.5/5. Obviously this is happening to many people. Unfortunately I got scammed. Too bad because the meds were working before they stopped sending them.
