Stay away! It’s worth it to pay a little more and go with a different company. I would highly recommend going with a different company. As others have stated I received my first dose and then sent multiple emails before they gave me the survey and shipped my second dose. I am out of the medication and supposed to take my next dose on Sunday. I got a tracking notice this morning, and even after ALL the emails back and forth they still sent it to the wrong address.

Shady operation Like others, paid for 3 months and after a period of no response after payment, eventually received 1 month supply then was fully ghosted. I have reached out 5 times to get my refill with absolutely no response. I paid for the 3 months for 300 plus dollarsand I was told that I'd get a confirmation email, never got it! I sent two emails to customer service, I still haven't gotten any response. I tried called the number, and all they were trying to do was sell me this medical device, and the person wouldn't let me do anything else. This is a scam.
