Shady operation Like others, paid for 3 months and after a period of no response after payment, eventually received 1 month supply then was fully ghosted. I paid for the 3 months for 300 plus dollarsand I was told that I'd get a confirmation email, never got it! I sent two emails to customer service, I still haven't gotten any response. I tried called the number, and all they were trying to do was sell me this medical device, and the person wouldn't let me do anything else. This is a scam.

Terrible customer service!!!!!! Terrible customer service and I'm scared to say this may be a scam. First response was fast and then the doctor said he had to wait to send my script until support spoke to me about pricing. I was prescribed 1mg dose. Higher prices are for those over 1mg dose. Spent a week emailing nonstop and even trying to speak to the doctor and gave gotten nothing. I was so excited and now feel like it's just a scam.
