I have reached out 5 times to get my refill with absolutely no response. If I do not receive a response this week I will get the state and federal authorities involved with weightrx as well as the assigned medical provider and recommend you do the same if you do not receive the products and services you paid for. You are better off going to a local weight loss clinic in your area for semaglutide.

This company is fraudulent piece of… This company is fraudulent piece of nothing! I wouldn't recommend, and they're just taking your money! I paid for the 3 months for 300 plus dollarsand I was told that I'd get a confirmation email, never got it! I sent two emails to customer service, I still haven't gotten any response. I tried called the number, and all they were trying to do was sell me this medical device, and the person wouldn't let me do anything else. This is a scam.

No meds or any contact for the 3rd month that I paid for. I've reached out to customer service 3 times with no response. The TrustPilot "rating" on their website says 4.8/5 but here on TrustPilot it's already 2.5/5. Obviously this is happening to many people. Unfortunately I got scammed. Too bad because the meds were working before they stopped sending them.

Fraudulent company I purchased a Groupon for a consultation - which I never received. I was also charged an additional amount of $197.00. After I paid the additional $197.00, I received another e-mail telling me I would be contacted shortly. Never heard anything again. I have written then via the Contact Us portion of their and still have not heard anything back. I will be contacting my credit card company to report the fraud and make sure this fraudulent company does not continue charging me. I also find it interesting on the Weight Rx webpage it states it has a 4.5 rating with Trust Pilot and the Trust Pilot website as Weight RX at 2.5 rating????
