DO NOT use this company! DO NOT use this company!! I paid up front for 3 months of medication. The first 2 months were fine but then I was completely ghosted. No meds or any contact for the 3rd month that I paid for. I've reached out to customer service 3 times with no response. The TrustPilot "rating" on their website says 4.8/5 but here on TrustPilot it's already 2.5/5. Obviously this is happening to many people. Unfortunately I got scammed. Too bad because the meds were working before they stopped sending them.

I am extremely disappointed with their unprofessionalism. This is my second attempt at giving them a chance, but it has been a total failure. Stay away! It’s worth it to pay a little more and go with a different company. I would highly recommend going with a different company. As others have stated I received my first dose and then sent multiple emails before they gave me the survey and shipped my second dose. I am out of the medication and supposed to take my next dose on Sunday. I got a tracking notice this morning, and even after ALL the emails back and forth they still sent it to the wrong address.
