This company is fraudulent piece of… This company is fraudulent piece of nothing! I wouldn't recommend, and they're just taking your money! I paid for the 3 months for 300 plus dollarsand I was told that I'd get a confirmation email, never got it! I sent two emails to customer service, I still haven't gotten any response. I tried called the number, and all they were trying to do was sell me this medical device, and the person wouldn't let me do anything else. This is a scam.

Shady operation Like others, paid for 3 months and after a period of no response after payment, eventually received 1 month supply then was fully ghosted. I have reached out 5 times to get my refill with absolutely no response. If I do not receive a response this week I will get the state and federal authorities involved with weightrx as well as the assigned medical provider and recommend you do the same if you do not receive the products and services you paid for. You are better off going to a local weight loss clinic in your area for semaglutide.

I am extremely disappointed with their unprofessionalism. This is my second attempt at giving them a chance, but it has been a total failure. Charged without authorization This company is a nightmare. After taking weeks to ever respond to me or send me my product, they have just charged me again for another 3 months of service which I did not authorize. I also never authorized them to save any payment information for me. I suspect it will take me months to get any kind of response again. Please don't use this company.

Sketchy I signed up for the 3 month option for $479. The first month was great, I completed all the paperwork required and received my medication within 6 days. It has been all downhill from there. The next month, after I updated my patient forms, they literally sent me 1/5 of the medication as the 1st month. From 100 units per week to 20 units per week. I have messaged the doctor, emailed customer service many time, and have not received any response. So for $479 I received 5 weeks worth of medicine. I feel bad for recommending this site to my friends. Definitely leaning towards scam.
