GBDO NOT use this company! DO NOT use this company!! I paid up front for 3 months of medication. The first 2 months were fine but then I was completely ghosted. No meds or any contact for the 3rd month that I paid for. I've reached out to customer service 3 times with no response. The TrustPilot "rating" on their website says 4.8/5 but here on TrustPilot it's already 2.5/5. Obviously this is happening to many people. Unfortunately I got scammed. Too bad because the meds were working before they stopped sending them.

GBI strongly advise avoiding this company… I strongly advise avoiding this company due to their abysmal customer service. They do not provide a phone number for contact, only email. I am extremely disappointed with their unprofessionalism. This is my second attempt at giving them a chance, but it has been a total failure. I suspect foul play as they attempted to charge my card twice.

GBNot for me This is a scam!! Do not give them your CC info! There is no way to call or contact them. Edit: 1. I am definitely a customer— my CC has been charged $479. 2. I realized the company was a scam very quickly because: -the “people” promoting them on Reddit are clearly bots and others were remarking that the company is a scam. -the number listed on the website does not work, it just rings and rings - I did not receive a purchase confirmation email - the email I did receive has a single link to click that leads to nowhere, and -the email contains no contact information at all. It’s a scam and I will be filing a merchant dispute with the CC company. Edit 2: The company reached out and offered a refund. I waited to be sure I saw the credit appear on my statement, which it just has. Thank you. I am amending my review because of this. However, due to the odd lack of phone number, etc, the company does not strike me as reputable enough to warrant buying injectable medication from.

GBShady operation Like others, paid for 3 months and after a period of no response after payment, eventually received 1 month supply then was fully ghosted. I have reached out 5 times to get my refill with absolutely no response. If I do not receive a response this week I will get the state and federal authorities involved with weightrx as well as the assigned medical provider and recommend you do the same if you do not receive the products and services you paid for. You are better off going to a local weight loss clinic in your area for semaglutide.

GBCharged without authorization This company is a nightmare. After taking weeks to ever respond to me or send me my product, they have just charged me again for another 3 months of service which I did not authorize. I also never authorized them to save any payment information for me. I suspect it will take me months to get any kind of response again. Please don't use this company.
