Terrible customer service!!!!!! Terrible customer service and I'm scared to say this may be a scam. First response was fast and then the doctor said he had to wait to send my script until support spoke to me about pricing. I was prescribed 1mg dose. Higher prices are for those over 1mg dose. Spent a week emailing nonstop and even trying to speak to the doctor and gave gotten nothing. I was so excited and now feel like it's just a scam.

Stay away! It’s worth it to pay a little more and go with a different company. I would highly recommend going with a different company. As others have stated I received my first dose and then sent multiple emails before they gave me the survey and shipped my second dose. I am out of the medication and supposed to take my next dose on Sunday. I got a tracking notice this morning, and even after ALL the emails back and forth they still sent it to the wrong address.

Update No medical,I order and pd Friday 4 days Says same day Dr No response I’m calling bbb Cc company Others sites on compound are awesome Well I was contacted so this is good I sent Sarah and Ada numbers Still no Dr evaluation Will update if everything goes well They contacted and order is on the way Was a pc glitch I never received email So they seem professional and legit Randy was helpful Thank you Randy! Meds came overnight I recommend them

Scared I Got Scammed Easy and quick to join, but my medication was delivered to Miami instead of Ohio. Contacted company repeatedly, but no reply or fix. Today I asked to cancel membership and get a refund. Received full refund 10/30/2023.

I strongly advise avoiding this company… I strongly advise avoiding this company due to their abysmal customer service. They do not provide a phone number for contact, only email. I am extremely disappointed with their unprofessionalism. This is my second attempt at giving them a chance, but it has been a total failure. I suspect foul play as they attempted to charge my card twice.
