I have reached out 5 times to get my refill with absolutely no response. If I do not receive a response this week I will get the state and federal authorities involved with weightrx as well as the assigned medical provider and recommend you do the same if you do not receive the products and services you paid for. Fraudulent company I purchased a Groupon for a consultation - which I never received. I was also charged an additional amount of $197.00. After I paid the additional $197.00, I received another e-mail telling me I would be contacted shortly. Never heard anything again. I have written then via the Contact Us portion of their and still have not heard anything back. I will be contacting my credit card company to report the fraud and make sure this fraudulent company does not continue charging me. I also find it interesting on the Weight Rx webpage it states it has a 4.5 rating with Trust Pilot and the Trust Pilot website as Weight RX at 2.5 rating????

Do not give this company your information or you will be charged and ghosted with absolutely no idea if and when you get the medication. Charged without authorization This company is a nightmare. After taking weeks to ever respond to me or send me my product, they have just charged me again for another 3 months of service which I did not authorize. I also never authorized them to save any payment information for me. I suspect it will take me months to get any kind of response again. Please don't use this company.
