Scared I Got Scammed Easy and quick to join, but my medication was delivered to Miami instead of Ohio. Contacted company repeatedly, but no reply or fix. Today I asked to cancel membership and get a refund. Received full refund 10/30/2023.

Shady operation Like others, paid for 3 months and after a period of no response after payment, eventually received 1 month supply then was fully ghosted. I have reached out 5 times to get my refill with absolutely no response. Stay away! It’s worth it to pay a little more and go with a different company. I would highly recommend going with a different company. As others have stated I received my first dose and then sent multiple emails before they gave me the survey and shipped my second dose. I am out of the medication and supposed to take my next dose on Sunday. I got a tracking notice this morning, and even after ALL the emails back and forth they still sent it to the wrong address.
