I am extremely disappointed with their unprofessionalism. This is my second attempt at giving them a chance, but it has been a total failure. Sketchy I signed up for the 3 month option for $479. The first month was great, I completed all the paperwork required and received my medication within 6 days. It has been all downhill from there. The next month, after I updated my patient forms, they literally sent me 1/5 of the medication as the 1st month. From 100 units per week to 20 units per week. I have messaged the doctor, emailed customer service many time, and have not received any response. So for $479 I received 5 weeks worth of medicine. I feel bad for recommending this site to my friends. Definitely leaning towards scam.

Shady operation Like others, paid for 3 months and after a period of no response after payment, eventually received 1 month supply then was fully ghosted. I have reached out 5 times to get my refill with absolutely no response. Scared I Got Scammed Easy and quick to join, but my medication was delivered to Miami instead of Ohio. Contacted company repeatedly, but no reply or fix. Today I asked to cancel membership and get a refund. Received full refund 10/30/2023.
