Do not give this company your information or you will be charged and ghosted with absolutely no idea if and when you get the medication. I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund as I never have even spoken to the doctor. Nothing. Silence.

Terrible customer service!!!!!! Terrible customer service and I'm scared to say this may be a scam. First response was fast and then the doctor said he had to wait to send my script until support spoke to me about pricing. I was prescribed 1mg dose. Higher prices are for those over 1mg dose. Spent a week emailing nonstop and even trying to speak to the doctor and gave gotten nothing. I was so excited and now feel like it's just a scam.

Shady operation Like others, paid for 3 months and after a period of no response after payment, eventually received 1 month supply then was fully ghosted. I have reached out 5 times to get my refill with absolutely no response. If I do not receive a response this week I will get the state and federal authorities involved with weightrx as well as the assigned medical provider and recommend you do the same if you do not receive the products and services you paid for.
