Stay away! It’s worth it to pay a little more and go with a different company. I would highly recommend going with a different company. As others have stated I received my first dose and then sent multiple emails before they gave me the survey and shipped my second dose. I am out of the medication and supposed to take my next dose on Sunday. I got a tracking notice this morning, and even after ALL the emails back and forth they still sent it to the wrong address.

Sketchy I signed up for the 3 month option for $479. The first month was great, I completed all the paperwork required and received my medication within 6 days. It has been all downhill from there. The next month, after I updated my patient forms, they literally sent me 1/5 of the medication as the 1st month. From 100 units per week to 20 units per week. I have messaged the doctor, emailed customer service many time, and have not received any response. So for $479 I received 5 weeks worth of medicine. I feel bad for recommending this site to my friends. Definitely leaning towards scam.

Do not give this company your information or you will be charged and ghosted with absolutely no idea if and when you get the medication. I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund as I never have even spoken to the doctor. Nothing. Silence.

I paid for the 3 months for 300 plus dollarsand I was told that I'd get a confirmation email, never got it! I sent two emails to customer service, I still haven't gotten any response. I tried called the number, and all they were trying to do was sell me this medical device, and the person wouldn't let me do anything else. This is a scam.

Not for me This is a scam!! Do not give them your CC info! There is no way to call or contact them. Edit: 1. I am definitely a customer— my CC has been charged $479. 2. I realized the company was a scam very quickly because: -the “people” promoting them on Reddit are clearly bots and others were remarking that the company is a scam. -the number listed on the website does not work, it just rings and rings - I did not receive a purchase confirmation email - the email I did receive has a single link to click that leads to nowhere, and -the email contains no contact information at all. It’s a scam and I will be filing a merchant dispute with the CC company. Edit 2: The company reached out and offered a refund. I waited to be sure I saw the credit appear on my statement, which it just has. Thank you. I am amending my review because of this. However, due to the odd lack of phone number, etc, the company does not strike me as reputable enough to warrant buying injectable medication from.
