Great Product and Company This is our second installation and we could not be more pleased with the product. Planning and measurements were accurate and installation worked well. There was a minor error in some incorrectly supplied parts but Stair Supplies quickly advised a fix and credited without question the cost of rectifying the issue. My product has not been installed yet My product has not been installed yet, but the components looks very nice. Got the wrong shoes delivered with the newels which may have been my fault when i ordered, but the person who took my order over the phone should have picked up on that. Other than that Adria was great to work with and very patient with all my questions. The order shipped several weeks later than originally estimated, but that type of delay is building industry wide right now. Looking forward to enjoying the finished product.

Order process was great Order process was great. New stair handrail arrived with an unacceptable joint @ wall return. There is a gap at the wall return MIllwork joint as well as a size difference between the rail run an the joinery piece which is an abrupt transition at the joint on one end of the railing

Everett WA 130 lineal feet with 2 stair runs The design and ordering process was smooth, all questions were answered in a timely fashion. Everything worked out with design and materials, with the exception of 1 post that was a 3rd right hand instead of my 2nd left hand on one of the stair runs. This was replaced along with a couple of handfuls of crimp fittings, sleeve caps and other misc at no cost. Those materials arrived within 7 days.
