USQuality products and Outstanding Service I purchased wood stair railing, newels, and knee wall with iron balusters and shoes. My product arrived early and the staining was beautiful! There was slight damage in shipping and we needed additional product mid project. They rushed me additional product at a discount and replaced the entire damaged piece. The follow up, project assistance, and service was incredible and my new staircase is stunning!

USOrder process was great Order process was great. New stair handrail arrived with an unacceptable joint @ wall return. There is a gap at the wall return MIllwork joint as well as a size difference between the rail run an the joinery piece which is an abrupt transition at the joint on one end of the railing

USUnreliable I don’t mind being forced to make an online appointment in order to speak to a rep to help me design my railing, but I don’t appreciate not getting called at the designated time. USEverett WA 130 lineal feet with 2 stair runs The design and ordering process was smooth, all questions were answered in a timely fashion. Everything worked out with design and materials, with the exception of 1 post that was a 3rd right hand instead of my 2nd left hand on one of the stair runs. This was replaced along with a couple of handfuls of crimp fittings, sleeve caps and other misc at no cost. Those materials arrived within 7 days.
