GBMy product has not been installed yet My product has not been installed yet, but the components looks very nice. Got the wrong shoes delivered with the newels which may have been my fault when i ordered, but the person who took my order over the phone should have picked up on that. Other than that Adria was great to work with and very patient with all my questions. The order shipped several weeks later than originally estimated, but that type of delay is building industry wide right now. Looking forward to enjoying the finished product.

GBThe Viewrail product is outstanding and… The Viewrail product is outstanding and the Stair Supplies Customer Service was incredible. I purchased the railing system last fall and was finally able to install it this spring. I realized I needed more hardware than I ordered and contacted customer service. They responded within an hour to confirm what I needed and then sent a quote within minutes. The parts arrived two days later.

GBGreat Product and Company This is our second installation and we could not be more pleased with the product. Planning and measurements were accurate and installation worked well. There was a minor error in some incorrectly supplied parts but Stair Supplies quickly advised a fix and credited without question the cost of rectifying the issue.
