GBMy product has not been installed yet My product has not been installed yet, but the components looks very nice. Got the wrong shoes delivered with the newels which may have been my fault when i ordered, but the person who took my order over the phone should have picked up on that. Other than that Adria was great to work with and very patient with all my questions. The order shipped several weeks later than originally estimated, but that type of delay is building industry wide right now. Looking forward to enjoying the finished product.

GBReview Everyone I spoke to there was extremely helpful, from the first call to ask questions, to the ordering, the delays due to the weather in Texas and the shipping as soon as possible. I had explained to them that my husband was recently diagnosed with Parkinsons Disease and we needed the railing so he could get upstairs to our bedroom. Duke was so helpful in every way possible. I enjoyed working with the company.

GBThe stairs are beautiful The stairs are beautiful. Our only complaint is that we were confused by the directions for taking measurements. This meant that instead of having an inch or so to cut to custom length we barely had any extra at all. If you're not sure how to measure you should call for explanation.

GBUnreliable I don’t mind being forced to make an online appointment in order to speak to a rep to help me design my railing, but I don’t appreciate not getting called at the designated time.
