Transfer of drawings through receiving the materials went smoothly. When a couple of parts were requested the response couldn’t be faster. Always helpful on line. One must take the time to install correctly. Read caste fully the instructions prior to starting it will save heartaches. The completed project is solid, safe and looks terrific. Again it’s the communication not only in the planning but through the installation

Good material. Bad support. Good material. Bad support. Blame customers on oversees of their own lacks. Example #1: floating floor cannot be screwed down with posts. I needed to get a third party company to create post covers that allow for floor to be floating (gap of 1/4 inch around the post). When explained and ask to return not used cover ports, they refused because I never mentioned floating floor (blame customer for things they didn't address). Example #2: Screws are too long in most cases and don't make a solid attachment to subfloor. I had to provide my own. Example #3: Missing material that require reshipment. I had to wait for another week to be able to complete the job. I will not recommend these supplies in the future.

Order process was great Order process was great. New stair handrail arrived with an unacceptable joint @ wall return. There is a gap at the wall return MIllwork joint as well as a size difference between the rail run an the joinery piece which is an abrupt transition at the joint on one end of the railing

Awesome company. Thank you Great company to deal with. Product is outstanding. We absolutely love it. The self install process was a little challenging but was able to complete it. The techs were incredible and answered all my questions.

Review Everyone I spoke to there was extremely helpful, from the first call to ask questions, to the ordering, the delays due to the weather in Texas and the shipping as soon as possible. I had explained to them that my husband was recently diagnosed with Parkinsons Disease and we needed the railing so he could get upstairs to our bedroom. Duke was so helpful in every way possible. I enjoyed working with the company.
