There was a minor error in some incorrectly supplied parts but Stair Supplies quickly advised a fix and credited without question the cost of rectifying the issue. GBUnreliable I don’t mind being forced to make an online appointment in order to speak to a rep to help me design my railing, but I don’t appreciate not getting called at the designated time. GBEverett WA 130 lineal feet with 2 stair runs The design and ordering process was smooth, all questions were answered in a timely fashion. Everything worked out with design and materials, with the exception of 1 post that was a 3rd right hand instead of my 2nd left hand on one of the stair runs. This was replaced along with a couple of handfuls of crimp fittings, sleeve caps and other misc at no cost. Those materials arrived within 7 days.
