Great service and product with reasonable pricing. Our finished deck with the stainless steel cable, guard rail receives endless favorable comments from visiting friends and neighbors.

Got the wrong shoes delivered with the newels which may have been my fault when i ordered, but the person who took my order over the phone should have picked up on that. Other than that Adria was great to work with and very patient with all my questions. The order shipped several weeks later than originally estimated, but that type of delay is building industry wide right now. Looking forward to enjoying the finished product.

I purchased the railing system last fall and was finally able to install it this spring. I realized I needed more hardware than I ordered and contacted customer service. They responded within an hour to confirm what I needed and then sent a quote within minutes. The parts arrived two days later.

Great customer service! I worked with Mark for weeks on putting together what was best for my project and he was always responsive, willing to change parts and pieces, budget friendly and never pushy. I had to end up going with someone local but I would have been very happy to work with Mark and this company. He was never rude or impatient even when I had to explore closer options. Review Everyone I spoke to there was extremely helpful, from the first call to ask questions, to the ordering, the delays due to the weather in Texas and the shipping as soon as possible. I had explained to them that my husband was recently diagnosed with Parkinsons Disease and we needed the railing so he could get upstairs to our bedroom. Duke was so helpful in every way possible.
