Review Everyone I spoke to there was extremely helpful, from the first call to ask questions, to the ordering, the delays due to the weather in Texas and the shipping as soon as possible. I had explained to them that my husband was recently diagnosed with Parkinsons Disease and we needed the railing so he could get upstairs to our bedroom. Duke was so helpful in every way possible. I enjoyed working with the company.

Only with since this order was for a missing tread from my original order (my fault), that it could be expedited so my contractor can finally finish my stairs and railing system!!! Its been a challenge without railings on my new floating stairs!!!

Good material. Bad support. Good material. Bad support. Blame customers on oversees of their own lacks. Example #1: floating floor cannot be screwed down with posts. I needed to get a third party company to create post covers that allow for floor to be floating (gap of 1/4 inch around the post). When explained and ask to return not used cover ports, they refused because I never mentioned floating floor (blame customer for things they didn't address). Example #2: Screws are too long in most cases and don't make a solid attachment to subfloor. I had to provide my own. Example #3: Missing material that require reshipment. I had to wait for another week to be able to complete the job. I will not recommend these supplies in the future.

Great customer service! I worked with Mark for weeks on putting together what was best for my project and he was always responsive, willing to change parts and pieces, budget friendly and never pushy. I had to end up going with someone local but I would have been very happy to work with Mark and this company. He was never rude or impatient even when I had to explore closer options. Great customer service!!

Great Product and Company This is our second installation and we could not be more pleased with the product. Planning and measurements were accurate and installation worked well. There was a minor error in some incorrectly supplied parts but Stair Supplies quickly advised a fix and credited without question the cost of rectifying the issue. We would highly recommend the glass railings and Stair Supplies. Thank You.
