Professional and good communication Touchestone lofts were recommended as one of our architects (Resi) approved building contractors. We had a very positive experience with Touchestone throughout the project, from initial quote through to snagging. Paul Johal was our main contact throughout. We met with Paul on a number of occasions to run though the contract and make amendments based on our requirements. The itemised and detailed breakdown of works ensured the process was transparent and ensured there were no surprise costs during the project. Work was invoiced each week which was helpful in spreading out the cost into smaller payments. The builder Mantas was very professional and all work was to a very high standard. Our 3 year old son still remembers ‘builder Mantas’ fondly. Communication with Paul and Mantas was primarily via WhatsApp which was always prompt and worked very well for us. We are now enjoying our ‘master loft suite’, which consists of a double bedroom, dressing room and ensuite. I would happily recommend Touchestone for a loft conversion project.

We had a loft conversion during covid We had a loft conversion during covid, front and back of our chalet bungalow in Bromley. The overall expereince was good, there were some supply issues which had to be expected becuase of Covid but Paul and his team handled the very well and the commuication throughout was good. Would recommend Edit - thought I would share this, we had an issue with the shower and I contacted Paul and asked him to help. The shower head was leaking, I bought it in a clearance sale in a local bathroom store 3 years ago but he still arranged for it to be changed for me. I wasn't expecting that to be done. Thank you

Paul created a bigger space than I expected, and the quality of their work was top-notch. The team was very respectful and helped explain the details of each step of the project, which made me feel more involved in the process. Loft conversion We are really happy with the loft conversion that Touchstone have undertaken for us. They provided helpful/practical advice during the design phase (including on how to accommodate the new stairs to the loft without eating into our existing third bedroom/nursery) and have created a lovely, bright new master bedroom with en-suite. We were also particularly impressed that the build was completed on time (as we were expecting our second child so this was particularly important to us). Thanks to Paul, Sarah, Mantas and the team.
