Great loft conversion! Touchstone did a fantastic job on our loft conversion (new master bedroom, en suite and study), that added lots of extra space to our house! Touchstone suggested more options for the project than others, and this was really helpful when thinking through what exactly we wanted done. Once work began, there was a steady drum-beat of work and Paul did an excellent job of communicating both with me as the customer and with the crew, making sure that deliveries and specialists were onsite when needed. A loft conversion is a big project, but despite this there were no hidden surprises, and both Paul and the crew provided regular status updates and flagged well in advance when we needed to make a decision about specifics (e.g. bathroom layout, location of windows, render colour). Would gladly recommend!

Excellent after sales customer care Touchstone completed our loft conversion a couple of years ago and it was overall a very good experience. We would recommend Touchstone for your loft conversions. Excellent was also the aftersales care. We called Paul a few of times for some roof insulation problems and his response and action to sort them out was fast and effective.

I’m really happy with our loft… I’m really happy with our loft conversion. From the initial contact right the way through to completion Touchstone were great. I’m very impressed with their workmanship and the team of tradesmen were very professional and polite to us. I would highly recommend Touchstone Lofts if you are considering having a loft conversion.

Unsatisfactory outcome The man behind touchstone (I had to remove his name due to trustpilot rules) was very keen and communicative at the beginning. Unfortunately we had to stop the project due to family circumstances. The process to close this out in a fair and reasonable fashion was unsatisfactory. Fair enough that I wasn’t customer number 1 having pulled out but I had expected more professionalism.
