The transformation of the previously small space into a generously sized bedroom, coupled with a spacious ensuite, exceeded my expectations. The meticulous attention to detail and the exceptional craftsmanship have turned a unused loftspace area into a luxurious and expansive living space.

I’m hoping to have a loft conversion at… I’m hoping to have a loft conversion at home and recently visited a completed project by Touchstone Lofts. Having visited similar projects by 2 other specialist Loft Conversion companies I have no doubt who I will get to carry out work. Touchstone is the clear winner when look at overall quality of finish of conversions viewed. I hope to leave a further 5 Star review following completion of work on my own home!!

My loft was finished to a high standard and we had an excellent team of builders who I highly recommend. There was really good communication from the builders at each stage of the work and they gave us some good suggestions along the way! I am really pleased with the final result and would recommend touchstone lofts.

Professional and good communication Touchestone lofts were recommended as one of our architects (Resi) approved building contractors. We had a very positive experience with Touchestone throughout the project, from initial quote through to snagging. Paul Johal was our main contact throughout. We met with Paul on a number of occasions to run though the contract and make amendments based on our requirements. The itemised and detailed breakdown of works ensured the process was transparent and ensured there were no surprise costs during the project. Work was invoiced each week which was helpful in spreading out the cost into smaller payments. The builder Mantas was very professional and all work was to a very high standard. Our 3 year old son still remembers ‘builder Mantas’ fondly. Communication with Paul and Mantas was primarily via WhatsApp which was always prompt and worked very well for us. We are now enjoying our ‘master loft suite’, which consists of a double bedroom, dressing room and ensuite. I would happily recommend Touchestone for a loft conversion project.

Unsatisfactory outcome The man behind touchstone (I had to remove his name due to trustpilot rules) was very keen and communicative at the beginning. Unfortunately we had to stop the project due to family circumstances. The process to close this out in a fair and reasonable fashion was unsatisfactory. Fair enough that I wasn’t customer number 1 having pulled out but I had expected more professionalism.
