Forwarning to anyone looking at this… Forwarning to anyone looking at this company for Solar. Buyer beware! We had solar panels installed in early June, still not hooked up. Constantly receive nothing but the run-around from the office, never get the same answer twice. They lie to the homeowner just to get the sale. We are heading into October and still nothing is hooked up. The communication from the company is abysmal at best.

I have yet to be able to contact anyone… I have yet to be able to contact anyone at the company. I've left messages with the project manager (I don't think she actually exists) and I've tried the Chat feature; nothing. So, the panels are installed and the inspection completed, but "permission to operate" has been sitting for almost three months. There's been NO communication. Glyde has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please consider other companies before you go with Glyde.

At this point I am feeling scammed by… At this point I am feeling scammed by this company. We were told we'd have working solar panels 4 months ago. I have no idea what's going on, I'm still getting a solar bill and my old energy bill. They're not returning phone calls.
