Check the Work While I had a good experience until the after work was complete. One of the pier locations collapsed inward after a few days and appeared to show the foundation and exposed a sprinkler head. Contacted Permanent Pier and was transferred to warranty who said the first available day it could be checked out was Friday or in my case 6 days after the foundation repair. I think this is unacceptable since the initial repair was just a few days complete. Be sure to really check their work before the crew leaves.

Great Crew and Company! The crew was punctual, professional, and very considerate of my home. They did an excellent job lifting and stabilizing the foundation and answered all of my questions. I brought Michael out to assess a house… I brought Michael out to assess a house I am planning to buy. He said the house's foundation was catastrophic and needed $7K+ repairs. I almost terminated the home purchase while still in the option period, but decided to seek other opinions first. I called out three other companies and paid for a structural engineer. Every other party, including the engineer, said the house was 100 percent fine. Perma-Pier caused a lot of drama and panic for nothing.
