Honestly I knew we could expect more… Honestly I knew we could expect more cracks once it was fixed but now have way more than we started with. Patio door will have to be adjusted as well as wall cracks, ceiling cracks, new tape down the wall. They were good guys, cleaned up well after the job was complete.

I brought Michael out to assess a house… I brought Michael out to assess a house I am planning to buy. He said the house's foundation was catastrophic and needed $7K+ repairs. I almost terminated the home purchase while still in the option period, but decided to seek other opinions first. I called out three other companies and paid for a structural engineer. Every other party, including the engineer, said the house was 100 percent fine. Perma-Pier caused a lot of drama and panic for nothing.

My experience so far. So far my experience has veen really awesome. Michael Beall is the best salesman and businessman one could ask for. He communicated well and clearly. They have not started the work yet, but the work up experience has been great. I will provide anothed evaluation once the work is completed.
