Honestly I knew we could expect more… Honestly I knew we could expect more cracks once it was fixed but now have way more than we started with. Patio door will have to be adjusted as well as wall cracks, ceiling cracks, new tape down the wall. They were good guys, cleaned up well after the job was complete.

My siblings and I are selling our… My siblings and I are selling our father's 1970's cement slab foundation home in Leon Valley. The prospective buyers (VA buyers) hired an inspector who pointed out several "issues" he felt might be signs of a foundation problem. We know there have never been problems with it, and asked Clint Shanks to come out and inspect it for us. He was prompt, friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about this area, soil conditions, and all the ins and outs that entails. He went over every detail from the report, and determined that the foundation was in fine shape and no repairs were needed. Our realtor recommended him, and we are so glad we called!
