Hats off to BlackTie and Perma-Pier We used BlackTie plumbing for leaks under our house. In this process we used many different plumbing crews and crews from Perma-Pier led by Onwar and Argenis that dug and backfilled. All crews performed excellently. I would recommend both companies.

Shared things they noted with the foundation and the repair being done to address it. The foundation and our floor that was being affected is the best it has been in sometime. We appreciate the team and would recommend them.

Awesome Company! I was nervous because I wasn't able to be present while they did the work but I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly things got done. They were punctual and finished in a day and a half. After they were all done they cleaned up everything and did their walk through once with my husband and then again with me. I hope not to need any foundation work anytime soon but to who ever does I will make sure to tell them about Perma-Pier!
