GBI’ve learned a lot about myself from… I’ve learned a lot about myself from the very first day when Julian was willing to work with the 1/2 % that I was able to give at the time. I was very depressed, out of shape and didn’t want to even try the program. But because he and Gillian worked with what I had, and because I grumped and cursed and bitterly went through my first workout, then second, then third-it became more about how I have changed mentally even more than physically. It’s meditation and commitment on my part, but positive reinforcement and patience on theirs which I have grown to love most.

MXYou will be in expert hands! 🙌🏼 I have tried countless times other programs and could never get long lasting results. Either they were too aggressive or there seemed to be something missing in the formula. Jacked Vegans has helped me tremendously to regain my power back and to have a better balance in my mind-soul-body connection. I am not a fitness girl and have struggle with being overweight for many years, but for the first time ever, my adorable, kind and patient coach has helped me see I have all I need to take better care of myself. GBJacked Vegans are an excellent group!! This is an excellent group! You can tell that they put a lot of effort and care in the planning of their training and they really want to see you succeed. Jacked Vegans has a very well rounded program from mindset to physical fitness. They care about the whole person not just the macros and the muscles and I really appreciate that. Once you get your training started, they really do check in consistently and hold you accountable, they want to see you win! The community is also one of the best parts. They encourage you by showing you how far they’ve come and how consistent they can be, but they also share moments where they’re not doing so great but the rest of the group picks you up and helps you to keep pushing. This is a great community. Jacked Vegans are awesome!!

GBMy Weight Loss Journey My doctor kept telling me to lose weight, but everything exercise video and website I tried didn't work. It was hard for me to lose weight and keep it off. I looked for gyms and trainers that could help me lose weight, give advice on how to eat and maintain my weight loss, but I could not find one. Then I ran across Jacked Vegans. I have coaches, a supportive community, exercises, and more to help me through my weight loss journey. I don't have to wonder or guess if I am doing the right things to keep the weight off now. I am very thankful I joined Jacked Vegans because they have made my weight loss journey easy to follow. Jacked Vegans is awesome.

GBAmazing Way to Start Your Self-improvement Journey You're assigned a coach that checks in on you every day, provides 1 weekly menu as well as a whole ebook of healthy, delicious recipes, AND your weekly workout routines. They make sure to ask you how you feel and help you tackle any hiccups you might have with tips that they've used themselves or have seen work for others. There's also whole community that's a text away that's there to support you, cheer you on and that want to see you thrive. It's definitely the best decision I've made for myself since going vegan about 7 years ago. Definitely try them out!
