GBBogus Dispatch Fee The whole purpose of installing Gutter Helmet is, "you never have to clean your gutters again". What a bogus claim, you have to call them to come out to clean your gutters because they inevitably have to be cleaned out. Now, they have decided if you want them to come out to clean your gutters you have to pay a $50.00 dispatch fee, how crazy is that?

GBGUTTER HELMET We had Gutter Helmet installed in July of 2016. The product has performed admirably. Recently we had extremely heavy winds, some said it was a tornado, and lifted a 20' section from the eve spout. I thought we had a real problem! I called Gutter Helmet. In THIRTY MINUTES the Gutter Helmet rep (I think his name was Chris) actually FIXED the problem like new! Then I asked what the charge was and he said "NO CHARGE"!! All I can say is that Gutter Helmet was more than fair and FAR EXCEEDED my expectations! WOW!

GBThis company told us we would have free… This company told us we would have free cleaning and inspection of our gutters. All of a sudden I am being told it is no longer free and it is $50 due to increase in labor costs. THIS IS NOT RIGHT!
