GBIssues with Pine Needles and Debris I had Gutter Helmets put on my home 3 years ago. At the time, I was told that I could get a FREE annual inspection and cleaning by calling the company. Last year when my Gutter Helmets built up with pine needles and debris on the edges, rain would splash over the edge and onto the ground. I requested the free inspection and cleaning but was told these would now cost $50 per visit. I proceeded with the cleaning, but the Gutter Helmets built up debris and failed again within 6 months. The product worked for me when kept clean but failed once debris built up on the edge.

GBA+++ SYSTEM AND NO MORE LEAVES !!! What a great experience from beginning to end. The sales consultant was professional and didn't push. The quality of the product is superb to any other system. The installation was quick, clean, and neat. I was impressed with the color match to the roof. It made the system look neat and less intrusive. I am extremely pleased with Gutter Helmet and would recommend them to everybody.

GBBogus Dispatch Fee The whole purpose of installing Gutter Helmet is, "you never have to clean your gutters again". What a bogus claim, you have to call them to come out to clean your gutters because they inevitably have to be cleaned out. Now, they have decided if you want them to come out to clean your gutters you have to pay a $50.00 dispatch fee, how crazy is that?
