Great place to get gym equipment! Todd and Dan did a great job of helping me get a few pieces of quality equipment for my home gym. They did a great job of explaining everything to me without any pressure. Todd did a super job of assisting to make sure the dumbbells I had would work with the rack I was looking at purchasing. I would definitely recommend these guys and would go back anytime I had need to purchase additional equipment.

Very impressed with Oakville store Very impressed with the Oakville On location and especially David, the manager. The Concept 2D rower I wanted wasn't in stock and he immediately suggested a less expensive, excellent, in stock DMaster R3000 Air Rower and held it for my until my sister could get it for me a few days later. He was just as helpful when my sister went to pay for and pick up the machine. Thank you David for making this purchase a real feel good experience.

Our salesperson Our salesperson, Keith Elmore, was informed and had a no pressure consultative approach. The installation was handled by a very professional and friendly technician who set up the bike properly and efficiently. The bike developed a squeak after only 3 uses. I called Keith who immediately set up a tech repair visit. It basically needed lubrication .We have had no further problems so far. I highly recommend The Fitness Depot.
