Sales vs Service The sales folks in the store are very knowledgable and helpful. But once you purchase something you are in the hands of a semi-independant service team and they are unresponsive and do not return calls. It takes days to hear from them for setup or for a repair discussed with store personnel. Not at all customer focused.

Great place to get gym equipment! Todd and Dan did a great job of helping me get a few pieces of quality equipment for my home gym. They did a great job of explaining everything to me without any pressure. Todd did a super job of assisting to make sure the dumbbells I had would work with the rack I was looking at purchasing. I would definitely recommend these guys and would go back anytime I had need to purchase additional equipment.

They were extremely helpful and… They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There was no high pressure. Their delivery crew was polite and made sure my new treadmill was working properly before they left.

Excellent equipment with on-time delivery and setup… I made multiple purchases at Fitness Depot and both the in-store and delivery services were great. The delivery was right on time, the team quickly assembled and tested the treadmill we bought, and gave us a quick overview. In my opinion, that is great customer service!

Always allot enough time upon delivery… Always allot enough time upon delivery and install to review how to care for the equipment purchased and how to manipulate the machines. The delivery and install were great, but no guidance was given on the care and use of the equipment or who to contact if a machine was broken. My sales guys were perfect! No disappointments from them at all.
