Our salesperson Our salesperson, Keith Elmore, was informed and had a no pressure consultative approach. The installation was handled by a very professional and friendly technician who set up the bike properly and efficiently. The bike developed a squeak after only 3 uses. I called Keith who immediately set up a tech repair visit. It basically needed lubrication .We have had no further problems so far. I highly recommend The Fitness Depot.

The Concept 2D rower I wanted wasn't in stock and he immediately suggested a less expensive, excellent, in stock DMaster R3000 Air Rower and held it for my until my sister could get it for me a few days later. He was just as helpful when my sister went to pay for and pick up the machine. Thank you David for making this purchase a real feel good experience.

Excellent equipment with on-time delivery and setup… I made multiple purchases at Fitness Depot and both the in-store and delivery services were great. The delivery was right on time, the team quickly assembled and tested the treadmill we bought, and gave us a quick overview. In my opinion, that is great customer service!
