The beverage to relax with in the evening. The beverage, Mixed Berry, from Calming Co. taste great and worked perfectly for me when I chose to give up drinking wine and all other alcohol due to health concerns. I looked forward to having a nice cool “Calming” nonalcoholic drink in the evening. Even if alcohol is not an issue, a Calming drink is very relaxing during the evening.

I love U Calm while I’m at work I love U Calm while I’m at work! It helps to take the edge off my anxiety. It did take a couple weeks for me to ‘feel’ it, but now I always have the packets in my desk. It tastes great - I liken it to grapefruit - and encourages me to stay hydrated too. I also love that I don’t have to worry about any unnecessary ingredients, preservatives, or sugar.

Great for people with high functioning anxiety who are sober I have been using this product for most of 2023 to help manage my stress and anxiety in an alcohol free way. I often have one during my workday and it has been very helpful. I’ve recommended this product to several people as well. A must try!
