I am 60 yo. A win win for me! I am 60 years old. Last year I decided to give up alcohol after drinking for 2 years (empty nest syndrome, loss if sleep and increased anxiety). I read that others have successfully mastered both alcohol abstinence as well as experienced peace from anxiety. This has become a win win scenario for me as well. I'm living proof that the products are working in my life. So I then sent a subscription to my college son. He loves them too for the anxiety of exams and lack of sleep. Instead of sleep aids he uses Ucalm. A great story all the way around in our lives.

No alcohol, no problem with this on your side Great product. I started out with the Mixed Berry Flavor and found myself VERY happy with the results of it. After about 2 weeks, I couldn’t resist ordering the pineapple flavor and fell in love with it as well. I’m heading out in a cruise in a couple of weeks and passed up on even purchasing an “onboard drink package” because I know for a fact I won’t need to consume alcohol on the ship with U Relax packets in my luggage.
