I was skeptical of the calming effects before first ordering it, but each morning now I have a glass and I truly feel less anxious and more calm. It helps me start my day right, and helps me relax after work. Much better for my health and mentation than coffee or alcohol!

Great company with a great product I heard about this company looking for an alternative to my evening glass of wine. I'm so glad I decided to give them a try because i needed something as a SAHM to relieve stress after being overstimulated all day. It really does work! I'm a lot happier around others in the evening instead of a grumpy mess. I'm on a subscription plan, and they make it incredibly easy to pause or cancel an order, and they even send you an email before your card is charged. I highly recommend them.

I love U Calm while I’m at work I love U Calm while I’m at work! It helps to take the edge off my anxiety. It did take a couple weeks for me to ‘feel’ it, but now I always have the packets in my desk. It tastes great - I liken it to grapefruit - and encourages me to stay hydrated too. I also love that I don’t have to worry about any unnecessary ingredients, preservatives, or sugar.
