No alcohol, no problem with this on your side Great product. I started out with the Mixed Berry Flavor and found myself VERY happy with the results of it. After about 2 weeks, I couldn’t resist ordering the pineapple flavor and fell in love with it as well. I’m heading out in a cruise in a couple of weeks and passed up on even purchasing an “onboard drink package” because I know for a fact I won’t need to consume alcohol on the ship with U Relax packets in my luggage.

Great for anxiety I find u relax calming tonic does a great job of making you feel calm and relaxed for 4 or more hours after a few minutes of drinking the tonic. No side effects or jittery, just calm. I'm a repeat customer because it works for me to manage my anxiety issues perfectly. If I don't need it, I don't take it, but it's always there to take out the anxious feelings when they arrive. I love this tonic.

The beverage, Mixed Berry, from Calming Co. taste great and worked perfectly for me when I chose to give up drinking wine and all other alcohol due to health concerns.
