I took them on a vacation to Mexico, applied one or two patches once the drinking commenced and I did not wake up with a hangover one time on my 11 day trip. Which, honestly, is unheard of. Continual B Complex I really like these patches. So easy - just peel & place on body with transdermal B Complex all day! I wish more transdermal supplements available as taking capsules is tedious.
