Continual B Complex I really like these patches. So easy - just peel & place on body with transdermal B Complex all day! I wish more transdermal supplements available as taking capsules is tedious.

Try it once and never look back! My partner and I use these patches all the time. We have used them for several years now and if there is a drink in our hand, then there is a patch on our shoulder! One drink or 15, these patches really do work! You still need to use common sense and drink water on occasion through the night, but you will wake up feeling like you can still get up and function instead of just wanting to lie in bed until 4pm the next day!
