Never received product. Never got refund. Never received product. Emailed multiple times with no response. Requested a refund and notified that I would be reporting the charge as fraudulent and that is when I got a response that they would be refunding. I still have yet to see it actually be refunded. Ended up contacting my bank to have it settled and reported.

Effective and simple to use!! I like these patches because they do not have any side effects other than a gentle but effective difference in energy throughout the day! I notice I do not feel sluggish like I usually do without them. I put 2 patches on a day on my arm or over my heart and take them off at the end of the day and I like them a lot!

Anyway, I'm not able to get them at Amazon at the moment. I contacted them to see if they could provide me with an alternate source. Not only did Omni provide me with an alternate source, but they sent me some patches free of charge to hold me over. Now that is customer service! In this day and age when customer service has gone from bad to worse, Omni has stepped up and is becoming the gold standard! They are top notch!
