GBWorking with PD was great PD coached me during the summer of 2022. What's great about working with PD is he creates a plan tailored specifically to you to reclaim your health. It's flexible, completely non-judgmental, and you don't have to be perfect. This program is about creating new, sustainable habits (including diet and strength training) that will lead to better health. I'm very grateful to have worked with PD.

GBI can 100% recommend and fully endorse… I can 100% recommend and fully endorse PD's programme. He totally listed to me and my needs and developed a custom diet plan for me. I am a very picky eater and yet a very appetising plan and framework was developed that I have managed to stick to even 1 year later. I lost over 14kg during the 4 months and have kept this weight off by sticking to the diet plan and also adjusting it slightly by staying within the parameters originally set. In my opinion the key to success is to believe in yourself and stick to the fasting, The training adds a multiplier to the weight loss time frame and is tough but my god you feel good for doing it. Get your family on-board with your diet, plan your meals ahead. Use the money you save on buying bad food/take outs etc and spend it on family days out instead. Everybody wins. PD is an expert, listen to him.
