GBBest programming available Since stopping crossfit/competitive olympic lifting around 5 years ago ive tried multiple programs. Came across MASS on instagram one day and thought the workouts looked exactly like how i love to train. I took the leap and gave the free trial a shot. Within the first 2 workout sessions i knew immediately it was indeed what i needed. The results have been amazing. Every workout is fun and challenging and leaves you extremely eager to hit the next workout and having a coach basically right there beside you really sets it off. 10/10 will recommend to anyone looking to get better.

GBLove the program!! Brick House Strength has been a great program that is geared towards the exact workouts I enjoy doing. As a Physical Therapist, I recommend Modern Athlete to my patients when they are returning to sports or duty as a service member. The app makes the program extremely easy to follow for individuals of all training ages. I am looking forward to trying some of the other programs they offer!

GBStart Today Great Programming! Most importantly, it’s a community, maintained by having active coaches who are really responsive and involved. I’ve used multiple programs developed by experienced professionals, and even though I had good experiences with them, I’m drinking the Kool-aid Modern Athlete is serving. Results!

GBBest Bang for your buck I've been lifting for a while. I want to stay athletic and able for my kids and myself. Ultimately wanted a structured program when I signed up for a full contact alumni football game in June. The training took me back to similar training for sport and now I can't go away from it. Even with a busy schedule Team Lunchpail lets you get a great workout in in a small time and for a small price compared to a lot of others.
