Like no other training you’ve done I have been training with Modern Athlete on the tactical team for almost a year now. Occupational fitness was a necessity and the bodybuilding workouts I had been doing for years were boring me. A buddy from the Army introduced me to Coach Brian and his Modern Athlete program and I’ve been here since. I can definitively say there is no other program out there that has training that is as intricately planned and well balanced as the modern athlete training. Brian is extremely knowledgeable, plans and updates the training every week, and is always available to talk with if questions should arise. This program will have you feeling stronger, agile, and durable in no time at all. If you are working in a career field where others lives depend on your ability to perform, then this is the training you need to be doing… period.

I’ve been in the gym for most of my… I’ve been in the gym for most of my adult life using different “programs” that I was able to find on my own. But, about 4 months ago I decided to consolidate my efforts and connected with a trainer who put me first on the MAS “Build Your Engine” program and then the “Tactical Athlete” program. Immediately, I was introduced to movements that worked muscles I did not know I had and after 14 weeks I feel stronger, looser, more agile and more durable than I have in many years. The MAS programs are the best, most balanced and well-planned training that I’ve ever tried. And the results after the first 14 weeks speak for themselves. Also, integration of the workouts within the TrainHeroic app is a game changer. Everything is laid out in the app intuitively so you can get in, get a solid workout done and get out. I absolutely recommend the MAS programs to anyone who is looking to take their training to the next level.

MASSSSSSSSSS I’ve “been there, done that” before. I’ve tried numerous Tactical programs before but none have stuck or shown the improvement in my performance as MASS Tactical has. I’m a career professional firefighter and come from a strength sports background. My base of strength is pretty good but I needed a little push for the conditioning. The Tactical programming has both strength periodization as well as hardcore conditioning (don’t be scared). This company is great and they have options for all goals. Go try and you won’t regret it!
