Outstanding! The thing I like the most about this program is that the training sessions are short (less than 20 minutes per day). In the past, I struggled to stick in workout programs due to the large amount of required hours per week. And don't be confused: short amount of time doesn't mean a poor quality training. It's all the opposite! Fabian's energy is contagious. Thanks you for creating such an amazing program that really works.

Basement Beast Changed My Life Basement Beast Changed My Life. I think the biggest difference with anything else out there is that working through this program makes you feel like Fabian is going through it with you. You feel like you've met and worked out with him. It's like having a personal trainer who does it all with you, and encourages you to just follow along. There isn't any pressure to do anything other than your own personal best which is both comforting and motivating. It's what I needed and I am so grateful for my experience(s) with Basement Beast.

I was looking for a place to start… I was looking for a program to start taking care of myself, that will help me begin a healthier diet and habits and this was the place to go. Exercises where challenging but not impossible to do, the instructor always give you options to match to your level of phisicallity without getting hurt, the diet was exactly what I asked, I have some special requirements due to being diabetic type 1, they took my comments into account and my food suggestions too. Diet was the easiest to cook and prepare I've seen so far, also got some new flavors and ingredients I haven't tried before so I really loved the diet of this program. I had a couple of issues with my account but the support team was able to fix them in less than a day. Overall I feel very thankful I gave the 45 day beast transformation challenge an opportunity and I will continue doing healthier choices going forward.

Basement Beast - week 5.5 I am part way through week six of Basement Beast. I have tried many different programs, but I've never had one that effects changes so quickly. Without the usual gym equipment, for the first time in a long time, I already feel my body getting firmer, and especially in areas that weren't firm before, like my core. My clothes are fitting better, and I can see I'm starting to look better. This is a great foundation to build upon. One of my favorite parts is that the routine is 20 minutes. There's no time to get bored with the exercises, and no excuses, because we can all find 20 minutes in a day. Another favorite aspect is that the exercises are done based on time spans, rather than numbers of sets and reps. This is especially helpful because it forces you to hit your maximum capability for each exercise. Most people don't know how to choose how much resistance they should use when counting traditional reps and sets. Continuous work for a period of time takes away that guesswork. Thanks very much for putting this program together.
