Gives you all the tools to get into the physical condition you desire, being that loose weight, put on muscle, or get shredded. Great support group and interaction, I'm 51 and now stronger than my 30s. Workouts take very little time out of your day with Low Impact Resistance Bands that work for any age! 20-30mins a day 4-5 days a week. Just put in the work! Fabian is entertaining too. PLIt is definitely not for amateurs It is definitely not for amateurs. I am sure it would be usefull for someone who already is working out on quite regular basis, but not for someone who is overweight and starts from zero. There is no explanation how to do those workouts in a safe way and I almost injured my shoulder while 2nd day. I am 110kg 36yo and I can say that it is way too hard for me. Going to search for something to get the basics and than maybe go back to this one but for now I am asking for a refund.

GBI'm a guy who suffers from Degenerative… I'm a guy who suffers from Degenerative Joint Disease! Even though the workout routine are extremely intense the Resistant Band give me a great way to stay active without further injuring my joints. Also, I love the "Bro-Split" way of training with the RB's. I'm seeing AWESOME result in a short period of time.

CAGreat workouts from a great coach! Great selection of multiple types of programs. The main coach (Fabian) is down to earth, funny but also clear in his explanations of how to do the movements. We can see and feel that he wants to simply share his knowledge and passion, one training at a time. He reminds us frequently to compare us to ourself only, and maintain a great posture while training is a basic, yet important notion.

GBHighly Recommend I’ve been using Basement Beast for a couple of years. To me, the variety of workouts is the best part of the program. I don’t get bored so I’m working out almost every day and seeing results. Fabian is a fun and knowledgeable instructor which also makes the workouts interesting. Finally, the workouts aren’t overwhelming from a time perspective. Because I can complete them in 25 or so minutes a day, they are easy to fit into my schedule.
