GBThis program is deceiving This program is deceiving. It is claimed to be 1-1 coaching but she rarely checks in with you. I ended up gaining weight in this program so it was definitely not worth the price tag.

Great community of like minded women that give you tons of encouragement and support. Weekly lectures, along with cooking demos, group workouts and meditations. 100s of recipes to plan your weekly menus. Definitely worth checking out if you want to build muscle especially after menopause like me. Results for every fitness level. Great for beginners and fitness pros
