Rose and her team are fantastic! Rose is a fantastic coach! Not just because of her knowledge and experience, but because of her heart and how she cares for her people. I say people because we aren’t really clients. She goes the extra mile to ensure you are being equipped and coached. She has created a team and culture of positivity and support that is rare to find these days. I have not regretted or questioned my decision to join PLCU for one moment. My health, both current and future, is worth the investment.

Great experience highly recommended Great experience. Tons of support is available. One on one coaching. Top notch website that takes you through PLCU university. Great community of like minded women that give you tons of encouragement and support. Weekly lectures, along with cooking demos, group workouts and meditations. 100s of recipes to plan your weekly menus. Definitely worth checking out if you want to build muscle especially after menopause like me. Results for every fitness level. Great for beginners and fitness pros

You CAN reshape your body; Get the support you need! First, about myself and ratings, 5 stars would be perfection so 4 stars is very high praise in my book. This is a program for completely changing the way you live—becoming a healthier you and also becoming a fab looking you! I have been about 90% WFPB for 4 years and vegan for nearly 5 years. I lost abt 15lbs going vegan and eating junk food then I lost another 5-10 going WFPB. I exercise regularly and go hard. However, I had belly fat that would not budge. This program is not easy but it supported me to drop inches and that is golden. I hoped to add muscle at the same time and also not lose athletic performance, but those goals weren’t quite met. Still, I needed exactly this help to figure out where I needed to make changes and how to manage all the moving parts to not just drop lbs, but to reshape my body. I leave the program with invaluable experience and knowledge and determination to hit my post-PLU goals!

This program is deceiving This program is deceiving. It is claimed to be 1-1 coaching but she rarely checks in with you. I ended up gaining weight in this program so it was definitely not worth the price tag.
